Shipping

Most items ship within 7 days of order approval; many orders are sent the next day. If something is going to take longer, we'll email and let you know. We ship UPS ground and may, at our discretion, send some order via USPS.

You will receive your tracking number from UPS via email.  If it's been 7 days and you still don't have a tracking email from UPS, contact us and we'll investigate.  Please provide your order number when you email us, as we cannot locate information on your order without the order number.


I need my order NOW. Can we overnight it?
Sorry, we don't offer overnight or expedited services.

Can you use my UPS/FedEx/DHL account number and waive the shipping fees?
We can't use anyone's third-party account number.

Why didn't I get my tracking number?
You probably did get it. It comes in an email from UPS directly, and they send it to you immediately when we make the label for your box. It's possible that your spam filters captured it, so be sure to check the junk folder. If it's been 7 days and you still don't have a tracking email from UPS, contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.  Please provide your order number when you email us, as we cannot locate information on your order without the order number.

Can I use a PO Box?
Only for the billing address. For shipping, we need a physical address, because UPS won't deliver to regular P.O. boxes. If you live in a rural area where box or route numbers are your physical address, we should be able ship to you. Basically: if you normally receive UPS there, then the address will work for us. UPS will let us know if they can't use it, and we'll contact you to resolve it.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are prohibitive and many of our products cannot be shipped internationally at all. If you reside outside our shipping areas, we'll be happy to ship to your contact or freight forwarder in the lower 48 at your request. Just enter their name/address in the "Ship To" area at checkout and we'll handle the rest!

So I can buy something and you can ship it directly to my friend or family member? Or my wedding coordinator at the event site?
We'll be glad to. Just let us know who and where.

OK, I'm shipping to someone in the lower 48, but my billing address is in Alaska/Hawaii and those states aren't on the list. Help?
That happens once in a while. You can still place your order, just be sure to let us know via email, or note the correct state in the comments for your order. We'll fix it up for you.

How about someone in the military?
Unfortunately we can't ship to APO/FPO at this time. UPS won't deliver to those addresses.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Maybe. For smaller orders, we don't normally require a signature. We will require a signature for orders over $100. If you are placing a large order and no one can be there to sign, we recommend shipping to an alternate location, such as your workplace or to a trusted friend or family member.

What if something arrives broken?
This rarely happens, but if it does, please see our Damge Claim Policy.
