Returns

We do not offer exchanges. You may return most unused merchandise for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the order. "Receipt of order" is determined by the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. The following items are not returnablegiant clam shells, glass floats, sea urchins, sand dollars and all related items such as sea biscuits, sea pancakes, etc.
  2. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
  3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. You must contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization at: returns@starfishandseashells.com. We cannot process returns received without an RMA.

Items must be returned with all original packing material. Returns must be insured, we are not responsible for returned items that arrive damaged, or do not arrive at all. Return shipping charges and insurance are the customer's responsibility unless the wrong item was shipped, including items that were shipped free. Once the items are received in unused, original condition, a refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for the order.

Claims for damage caused by the shipping carrier are not considered returns. Damage claims must be made to starfishandseashells.com within seven days of receipt of the order. "Receipt of order" is determined by the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. You must contact us at claims@starfishandseashells.com. We will file the claim with the shipping carrier.
